The Spirit Continues
One day, a farmer with a casually wrapped turban, left his mud house to go to his wheat farm. At the outskirts of his village he came across a passer-by who asked him the way to a neighbouring vil- lage. The farmer welcomed him and said, “follow me.”
“Here comes another one”, smiled the farmer’s wife seeing her husband back with a new guest. She wasn’t surprized though. She had lost count of such guests. However, she enjoyed cooking for the guests and serving them.
The sharing did not end when the farmer, Basant Singh Bath took his last breath in his village Hardo Pharala in Punjab. It continued. And continues now even more at the hands of his grandson Baldev Singh Bath, the founder of Basant Foundation in Surrey, Canada.
The book is dedicated to Baba Basant Singh Bath whose spirit continues...
